ABOUT COLLEGE

The Asansol Engineering College(AEC), is a private engineering Institution located in Asansol, Burdwan, West Bengal. It was Founded in 1998. AEC is a self-financed institute and was sanctioned a financial grant by TEQIP to improve employability for graduates students. This college is affiliated to the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology) and is approved by AICTE, UGC and also offered courses like B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Electronics an Instrumentation Engineering, Civil Engineering, BBA, BCA, MCA, M.Tech etc. AEC has situated in a land area of 17 acres it has 3000+ students and 200+ faculties and laboratory assistant with a good Training & Placement cell.
